Hi there! We are a group of Fairfield County students with a passion for teaching and making a difference. With a love for helping others, we recognize that tutoring can have a profound impact on students' lives. We offer tutoring in a wide range of subjects, including math, science, social studies, reading, writing, spelling, music, public speaking, and numerous world languages for K-10 Students.

 

Our team is composed of student government leaders, club officers, mentors, certified babysitters, and skilled musicians. Through our diverse activities and subject offerings, we aim to build meaningful relationships and serve as empowering role models.

    Emperor Tutoring is a student-run tutoring organization offering personalized academic assistance to students in grades K-10 in Fairfield County, CT.
  • Who are the tutors?
    Our tutors are high school students who excel in various subjects and have a passion for teaching and helping younger students succeed academically.
  • What subjects do you offer tutoring in?
    We offer tutoring in a variety of subjects for grades K-10, including Math, Science, Reading, Writing, Spelling, Social Studies, World Languages, Public Speaking, and Music. A more comprehensive list of subjects can be found on our "About" page!
  • Where do the tutoring sessions take place?
    Tutoring sessions can be conducted in-person in public libraries, or virtually through online video conferencing.
  • How do I sign up for tutoring?
    If you are new to Emperor Tutoring, you may sign up for your first complimentary session using the registration form linked here. If you are a returning student, you may either email us at contactus@emperortutoring.com or use the registration form linked here.
  • How often are tutoring sessions held?
    You can decide! Tutoring sessions can be scheduled based on your needs – weekly, bi-weekly, or as needed.
  • What is the duration of each tutoring session?
    We currently offer tutoring sessions for K-8 students for 30 minutes, 45 minutes, or 60 minutes. For 9-10th grade students, we only offer 60 minute sessions.
  • How are mentees and tutors matched?
    After registering for your complimentary session, mentees will be matched to tutors based on academic focus, scheduling availability, and interests.
